Custom Orders

Standard base

• We offer round and square bases as standard options, suitable for most settings. By default, they match the sculpture’s material, but custom materials are available on request. 
• Standard bases have an extra cost based on sculpture size (see attributes section for details). If drilling is possible at your site, we provide free angle irons to secure round or square bases for added stability. 

Anchor Plate Base

• For sites allowing ground drilling, anchor plates use expansion bolts for secure support.

Embedded Base

• The embedded base hides the support underground, giving the sculpture a cleaner, more refined appearance. This option is only suitable for soil installations and comes with an additional fee.

• To achieve a truly unique visual effect, we offer a range of premium customization options. Fees vary based on the sculpture’s size, design complexity, and required craftsmanship.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal and Wire Transfer.

We offer the flexibility of a 50% initial deposit, with the remaining balance due upon the completion of your masterpiece. Please note that once the 3D blueprint is approved, production commences immediately, and the deposit becomes non-refundable from that stage onward.

• Eligibility: Limited to small-size sculptures and rush orders (large-size sculptures are not eligible for expedited shipping due to their dimensions and handling requirements).

Global Shipping

We ship our handcrafted sculptures to most countries worldwide, making fine art accessible to collectors globally. Here’s what you need to know:  

• Shipping Cost: Orders outside the Continental United States will incur additional shipping fees. For a custom quote, email us at info@kingstonesculpture.com - we’ll provide a detailed breakdown within 1 business day, tailored to your product’s size and destination.  

• Restricted Regions: We cannot ship to the following countries/regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, North Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and India.  

• Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are included in your total shipping cost—no unexpected fees will apply upon delivery.  

Production & Delivery Time

Every sculpture from King Stone is handcrafted by skilled artisans (not mass-produced by machines) and made to order. This means we do not maintain pre-made, in-stock inventory—production begins only after you approve the design drawing.  

Our total lead time (production + shipping) is as follows:  

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 40–70 business days  

• Expedited Shipping: Approximately 30–50 business days  

Delivery Instructions

• Freight carrier shipments are delivered curbside Monday to Friday.  

• Freight deliveries require an appointment, and the carrier will contact you in advance to coordinate the delivery time, ensuring someone is available to sign for the goods upon arrival. You will typically receive a call from the freight carrier 24 hours in advance to confirm the delivery time.  

• Missed calls or failure to return calls from the delivery company may result in delays. Any delays caused by the carrier’s inability to reach you, or your refusal/delay to coordinate, may incur storage and re-delivery fees. You will be responsible for any fees charged by the freight carrier. Please stay updated on the shipping status and answer calls promptly to avoid delays.  

• Unloading: Deliveries are made curbside only, and the driver will not assist in moving items to your home. You must have 3–4 capable individuals on hand to help unload the sculpture. If there is an overhang, the lift gate cannot be used, so extra assistance will be needed to manage the crate. Please note that we do not provide installation services.  

• White-Glove Service: We do not provide white-glove service free of charge. If you require this service, please contact us, and we will provide a quotation within 24–48 hours.  

• Inspection: Please open the package and inspect the goods immediately upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If any damage is found, please note it clearly on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing, and take photos and videos of the damaged area from at least four different angles. Report any damage along with the photos to us within 1–3 business days for proper resolution. If the package is signed for and we do not receive a damage report within 1–3 business days, we will assume the goods were delivered in good condition.  

Force Majeure

• Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (excluding payment obligations) if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control. These causes include, but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, embargos, sanctions, civil unrest, labor strikes or lockouts, acts of government or customs authorities, port congestion, transportation delays, or shortages of materials or labor (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).  

• In the case of a Force Majeure Event affecting the import or delivery of goods, the affected party shall notify the other party in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, providing details of the nature and expected duration of the event. The obligations of the affected party shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.  

• If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party, without liability, except for any obligations that accrued prior to the Force Majeure Event. The Buyer will be responsible for any collection costs, including court costs and attorney fees.

Cleaning Steps:

1. Dust: Wipe gently (top-down for large pieces) with a microfiber cloth.  
2. Solution: Mix mild soap + warm water (avoid harsh chemicals).  
3. Clean: Use a damp non-abrasive sponge; use a soft brush for intricate areas.  
4. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse with water; use distilled water for a spot-free finish.  
5. Dry: Immediately wipe dry with a clean microfiber cloth.  
6. Stubborn Stains: Use an isopropyl alcohol-dampened cloth; rinse and dry after treatment.  

2. Maintenance

2.1 General Care

• Surface: Wipe regularly with a soft cloth; use mild, chlorine/acid-free cleaners.  
• Structure: Inspect connections/welds for looseness or damage.  
• Protection: Avoid impacts, sharp contact, high humidity, extreme temperatures, and corrosive chemicals.  
• Rust: Treat spots promptly with stainless steel cleaner or a baking soda + water mixture.  

2.2 Seasonal & Environmental Tips

2.3 Damage & Repair

• Repolishing: Restore shine with stainless steel polish (apply along the grain, buff to luster).
