Ownership of Intellectual Property
• All designs, sculptures, trademarks, logos, creative works, and other materials produced, developed, or used by King Stone Sculpture are the exclusive intellectual property of Kingstone Sculpture.
• These rights include, but are not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and patents (whether registered or unregistered).
Protection of Works
• Kingstone Sculpture's works are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and treaties worldwide.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or use of any intellectual property owned by King Stone Sculpture is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Licensing and Permissions
• Kingstone Sculpture may, at its discretion, grant limited licenses for the use of its intellectual property.
• Such permissions must be obtained through a written agreement and are subject to specific terms and conditions. No license granted transfers ownership of the intellectual property.
Trademarks

Infringement and Enforcement

Educational and Non-Commercial Use
